Shipment and Delivery

Unless insured,all product shipments will be made FOB Origin, title and risk of loss transfer to customer upon transfer of product to carrier. Southern Deer Stands is not responsible for damages to products during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to report any shipping damages immediately to carrier.

If package is insured, then customer is responsible for reporting damage immeidiately to carrier.  Southern Deer Stands will not be responsible for damages that are not reported to carrier.

Shipping times can vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on current volume of orders and time of year.  Our peak times are leading up to and during hunting season.  Please understand that we will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible based on when the order is placed.

While we use the most economical shipping methods available, please realize that our packages are heavy and bulky and shipping carriers base their prices on weight and size.
